NityaKarma Life is a goal-based daily wellbeing mobile app that helps you build consistency through guided practices, tools, reflections, assessments, and trackers.

Do I need an account to use the app?

Yes. An account is required to save your goals, progress, reflections, practice history, and synced content across devices.

How do I sign up or log in?

You can sign in using email with a one-time password (OTP) or Google Sign-In. Password-based login is not supported in the NityaKarma Life mobile app.

Account And Security

Is my account password-free?

Yes. NityaKarma Life uses OTP-based authentication and Google Sign-In to reduce password-related risks.

Can I enable biometric login?

Yes. After logging in, you can enable biometric authentication from Profile -> Security -> Biometric Authentication, where supported by your device.

What happens if I change my device?

Your account data is restored securely after login, and synced content is reloaded when connectivity is available.

Goals And Daily Experience

Can I change my goal later?

Currently, you select one active goal during onboarding. Future updates may allow goal changes based on app features.

What is Today's Session or pick?

It is a curated daily session, often video-based, aligned with your selected goal.

Are daily practices mandatory?

No. You choose what to complete each day. The app encourages consistency without pressure.

Tools

Are tools guided?

Yes. Tools such as meditation, breathing, and chanting may include visual guidance, optional voice cues, haptics, and session tracking.

Are tool sessions saved?

Yes. Completed sessions are logged locally and reflected in your insights where supported by the app.

Trackers

How are steps tracked?

Steps are read from your device sensors where supported. On unsupported platforms, demo mode may be used.

Is my health data shared?

No. Tracker data is stored securely and is not sold or shared with advertisers.

Does NityaKarma Life provide medical advice?

No. App content and tracker insights are for general wellbeing support and should not replace medical diagnosis, emergency care, or individual treatment guidance.
